A project for On in collaboration with Studio TRIP, developed by Tailor Hub
The Challenge
Marathon training can feel isolating, repetitive, and tough to sustain. ON wanted to change that by asking a bold question: What if preparing for 42 km could feel as inspiring as crossing the finish line?
The Approach
We built ON Racing Academy, a six-week digital journey that transforms training into an experience runners actually look forward to. Connected seamlessly with Strava, the program unlocks fresh content and challenges as participants progress, including:
- Expert coaching on demand — audio and video lessons from professional trainers
- Motivation through play — gamified milestones, rewards, and checkpoints
- Immersive storytelling — a visual and narrative system rooted in ON’s identity
The Outcome
Launched on September 1, 2025, the academy welcomed thousands of runners worldwide. Over six weeks, ON turned practice into progress, building a community of athletes who discovered that training can be as rewarding as race day. (edited)
